The all new 3 Series offers conventional powertrain options such as the 2-litre diesel and petrol engines, however there is now a Plug-In Hybrid option to choose from. The powertrain combines a 2-litre petrol engine with an electric motor and battery pack which allows for up to 60km of pure electric driving on a full charge, and almost zero emissions; the 330e can also achieve up to a claimed 165MPG (1.7l/100km).
